SHATTER
Asteroids, except the music does the shooting: your cannon fires automatically on the track's 1/8ths (1/16ths in SPEEDING sections), so all you do is steer — hold the left or right half of the screen (or arrow keys) to rotate. Shots that land on the kick hit heavy: they pierce and pay double. Hex shards split twice; armoured cores shrug off three hits, and amber homing shards curve after you. Kills can drop pickups — W spread-shot, T time-slow, S shield — fly through to collect. Kills drop π shards β spend them in the shop row: timed voice upgrades that stack (REAR fires on the offbeats, SIDE on the snare beats, DRONE on the 1/16ths), πΉ piercing rounds, a π« NOVA RING that shoves everything back on every barβs downbeat, π― homing rounds, βοΈ tesla lightning that strikes the nearest rock on the 1/8ths, a π‘οΈ shield that eats one hit, a π₯ BASS DROP shockwave that releases on the next kick, and πͺ permanent firepower that gets pricier every level. Waves announce themselves every eight bars; three lives.
